Refund/ Cancellation
If you must cancel your registration in an OLLI Course, a full or partial refund may be available to you. All Members are encouraged to review this information when registering.

To cancel your registration, email us your name and the course title (olli@clemson.edu); we do not accept cancellations via phone.

Cancellations for a Course must be received two full business days before the day of the first meeting to receive a full refund. Partial refunds are not provided.

Cancellations for small bus or van Excursions and Outdoor Adventures must be received four full business days before the day of the program to receive a full refund. Partial refunds are not provided.

Cancellations for motor coach Excursions must be received seven full business days before the day of the Excursion to receive a full refund. Partial refunds are not provided.

If an OLLI program is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

Payments made by cash and check will be refunded as course credit in your OLLI account; payments made by credit card will be refunded to the credit card.
Waitlist
If the Course you have requested has filled prior to receiving your registration, you will automatically be placed on a waiting list for the Course. Should space become available, you will be contacted and given the opportunity to enroll. You will not be charged for the Course until you are enrolled.
Liability Waivers
OLLI members who are enrolled in higher risk Courses may be required to sign Waiver and Release of Liability Forms before participating.

Membership Fees
A nonrefundable annual membership is required to participate in OLLI Courses and activities. The OLLI Member Year begins July 1 and ends June 30 of each year.
