The value of OLLI at CU membership is found in the talented instructors and facilitators who generously give of their time and energy to host programs across our four terms. Our instructors include professionals from a variety of fields, retired faculty from universities around the country and those who have a lifelong interest in a subject and want to share their passion! Please consider teaching for us today!

1. Our members themselves

Consider a group of students who are interested and motivated to learn, who are engaged in the conversation and willing to push the limits of their personal experience in learning something new.

2. Our location

The Charles K. Cheezem Education Center features classrooms equipped with laptops, monitors or projectors and modern, comfortable furniture. We also host classes in the Walhalla Depot and Westminster Train Depot which feature areas equipped with projectors, monitors, and laptops as well.

3. Onsite technical support

If needed, we can help get your presentation up and running, so that you may concentrate on your students.

4. Volunteer recognition events

Where you’ll be celebrated and be eligible to receive that year's special recognition gifts!

5. Annual Report to Members

Be recognized as an instructor in the Annual Report to Members in September.

6. Eligibility for volunteer award programs

Including recognition as a “volunteer of the week,” “instructor of the week,” and for the annual Fuller McGuire award.

7. OLLI course credit

A current OLLI member who instructs receives OLLI course credit equal to the amount of the tuition fee (minus supplies) for the program he or she teaches. Host a three-hour course, for example, and receive a $27 credit; course credit must be used the following two semesters after receipt.
