OLLI Member Benefits: Clemson University Libraries Access

In partnership with the Clemson University Libraries, OLLI at Clemson University offers members different levels of access to library resources. This unique collaboration provides OLLI members with a key benefit: access to materials otherwise restricted to students and faculty. The CU Library Card is essential for accessing the Cooper Library facility and utilizing the book delivery service at the Cheezem Center.

If you’re an OLLI member, you can request a CU Library Card. When you request a card, an online account will be created for you by library staff. This online account allows you to:

  • Browse and check out books from the Clemson University Libraries collection housed at the Cheezem Education Center. 

  • Browse Clemson University Libraries' resources and request books; books are delivered regularly to the Cheezem Education Center.

  • Visit The Cooper Library on campus, which remains closed to the public.  Library cards can be used to access the building.
